Located at 1025 Pisgah Pl, Lakeland, FL 33801, Excel Collision By Bernie operates as an auto body shop serving Lakeland in Florida. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Body shops repair collision damage, dents, rust and paint, and most work directly with insurance companies: you can choose any shop, not only the insurer's preferred one, and the shop will write a supplement if hidden damage turns up. Paintless dent repair fixes hail and door dings without repainting. Detailing shops clean and protect interiors and paint, from a basic wash-and-wax to ceramic coatings and paint protection film. Car washes range from self-service bays to express tunnels with monthly memberships. Upholstery shops repair seats, headliners and convertible tops, and restoration shops bring classic and collector cars back to original or custom condition.

Wonders are worked here every day. Two different accident repairs done here in the past four months. My BMW loves this place and so do I! Excellent work performed, and great communication throughout the process equals unsurpassed service. I highly recommend Excel Collision by Bernie. They are truly the best in the business!

Excel Collision is a top notch super professional outfit with great customer service and fair pricing. We had my wife's 2019 Traverse front quarter panel dent fixed and painted. We've used 3 other collision centers in Lakeland, but I'll be using them now. They even cleaned the car prior to pick up.. highly recommend them.

Josh and his team are absolutely incredible. They treated us like family and went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Not only did they do amazing work repairing damage on my z3, but Josh also took the time to guide us through dealing with insurance to ensure we had the best possible outcome. It’s rare to find a company with this level of honesty, care and skill, would highly recommend for any body work.

Josh, Excel, Man I don't even know what to say, because I've NEVER had the customer service, the communication, and the friendliest service than what these guys have done for me. They exceed my overall expectations by a mile. Josh has went above and beyond anything that he had to do to help me. I didnt know there were still company's out there that would still do that for people. I'm so happy about the overall experience. Thank you so so much Excel and Josh. I will refer you to any and everyone I know and you have made me a customer for life!

They didn't ask for a review, I am reviewing them because they genuinely blew my socks off! UNBELIEVABLE WORK! Look around and at ratings and you'll see these guys are the only one's with a TRUE 5 Star rating with 90+ reviews. There is a reason. You are dealing with real professionals with a laser like focus on taking care of the customer and making your vehicle look like new. Great communication, Josh even went to bat with the insurance company to install EVERYTHING needed with OEM parts! Trust me when I tell you they repaired/ replaced 2 wheels and tires, most of the left front suspension, windshield, hood, quarter panel, head unit, bumper, light assembly, the whole 9 yards. I literally could not be happier! Accidents happen, all you can do is move forward. Knowing I was in their hands gave me the comfort and confidence that without looking at a report NO ONE would ever guess my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee was in an accident. HONEST, UPFRONT, COMMUNICATIVE, EASY TO DEAL WITH, PROFESSIONAL, ORGANIZED, BEAUTIFUL WORK. I will only use and only recommend Excel Collision by Bernie!
